These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) govern the use of the fishchuk.pro website (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

The attorney does not guarantee the outcome of a case. The result depends on the circumstances of the specific case.
7.1. The Website provides on the /en/document/ page a technological tool — the Procedural Document Builder, utilizing the NII 3.1 Pro system language model (provider Google LLC). The tool is provided on an «as is» and «as available» basis.
7.2. The generated text is a draft, not a legal opinion of an attorney. An attorney's opinion arises exclusively after the conclusion of a separate written agreement on the provision of legal assistance. Prior to such an agreement, no attorney-client relationship is formed.
7.3. Generative artificial intelligence is subject to the risk of factual errors, inaccurate references to articles of law, outdated norms, and so-called hallucinations. The burden of final verification of the generated text (relevance of articles, correctness of details, accuracy of deadlines, compliance with the specific facts of the case) lies with the user.
7.4. The use of the generated draft for procedural purposes (filing with a court, sending to a counterparty, submitting to a state body) is carried out by the user under their own responsibility and at their own risk.

This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. All disputes are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Website Owner reserves the right to make amendments to this Agreement. The current version is posted on this page.
