11.2. Roles of the parties in the meaning of Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data:

  • User — the personal data operator within their session. The user independently determines what data to enter into the form and is responsible for the lawfulness of such processing in relation to third parties.
  • fishchuk.pro Website — a technological tool (computing infrastructure) provided on an «as is» basis. The Website does not accumulate, store, or use user data in its own interests.

11.4. If the user voluntarily enters their own personal data — this decision is made by the user independently, taking into account informed consent (the checkbox before the /en/document/ form).
