Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy sets out how personal data of users of fishchuk.pro (the Website) are processed and protected, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” (152-FZ).

1.2. The Policy is a publicly available document (Art. 18.1(2) of 152-FZ) and applies to all personal data the Operator receives through the Website.

3. Data, purposes and retention

• Name or other designation, phone or email, description of the matter (contact form) — reviewing and answering the request; up to 3 years from the last request.
• IP address and technical request data — Website security; up to 90 days.
• Theme and cookie choice — stored in the user’s browser (localStorage), not sent to the Operator.
• Analytics cookies (Yandex.Metrica) — web analytics; only with consent; up to 12 months.

4. Legal grounds

Request review — consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ) and steps at the data subject’s request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(5)); security — the Operator’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(7)); analytics — consent (Art. 6(1)(1)).

5. Consent

Consent to process the request data is given by ticking the box in the form (not pre-ticked). Consent to analytics cookies is given with the “Accept” button of the cookie banner; Yandex.Metrica does not load before it. Consent can be withdrawn by email to office@fishchuk.pro.

6. Storage and localisation

Personal data of Russian citizens are recorded, systematised, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved using databases located in the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5) of 152-FZ) and are kept no longer than the purposes require.

7. Transfer and processing on behalf of the Operator

Yandex LLC — web analytics (with consent). The Operator may entrust processing, including computing capacity, hosting and email services, to another person under a contract in line with Art. 6(3) of 152-FZ. Data are not transferred to other persons except as required by Russian law.

8. Rights of the data subject

Users may obtain information about the processing of their data, request correction, blocking or destruction, withdraw consent and appeal to Roskomnadzor or a court (Arts. 14–17 of 152-FZ). Requests: office@fishchuk.pro; information is provided within 10 working days.

9. Security

The Operator applies legal, organisational and technical measures (Art. 19 of 152-FZ): HTTPS (TLS), access control, backups; incidents are reported to Roskomnadzor within 24 hours and investigation results within 72 hours (Art. 21(3.1)).
